A device is also known for leveling the edges of rolled strips from a longitudinally cut 1® roll of tape, containing a backup roll, rolling rings and elastic elements in contact with them (2).
In this device, each of the rolling rings is spring-loaded, and the tapes rest on a common roll.
Such a device is also cumbersome and does not allow high-quality processing of narrow bands.
The aim of the invention is to increase the uniformity and quality of processing.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the device is equipped with a second backup roll with rolling rings mounted on it, remote. rings, and the elastic element is placed between the rolling rings and the second support roll, the elastic element is made in the form of an elastic shell placed on the entire surface of the second backup roll, the elastic elements are made in the form of an elastic sleeve located between the rolling rings and the second backup roll, the elastic element made in the form of an elastic sleeve, is placed between the centering and rolling rings.

The device operates as follows.

Such a structure is complicated, cumbersome and does not provide uniform processing of strip edges. It is also known a device for leveling the edges of rolled strips from a longitudinally cut roll tape, comprising a support roll, rolling rings and elastic elements in contact with them 2. In this device, each of the rolling rings is spring-loaded and the tapes rest on a common roll. Such a device is also cumbersome and does not allow high-quality processing: narrow lanes. The aim of the invention is to increase the uniformity of the quality of processing. The goal is to ensure that the device is equipped with a second support roll with rolling rings, spacer rings mounted on it, and an elastic element placed between the rolling rings and a BTOptBvi supporting roller, the elastic element made in the form of an elastic shell placed on the entire surface of the second support roller, elastic elements made in the form of an elastic sleeve placed between the rolling rings and the second support roller, the elastic element made in the form of an elastic sleeve placed between the centering m and rolling rings. The device works as follows. On the second support roll 6, set the rolling rings on a section equal to the width of the strips. The distances are set using spacer rings 5. Elastic elements are placed on the second support roll. The strips are passed between the support roll 1 and the rolling rings 3. With different strip thicknesses, the rolling rings 3 can be pressed as each has an elastic element. The implementation of the elastic element placed between the second support roll and the rolling rings significantly reduces the size of the device, improves the quality of the alignment of the edges and expands the capabilities of the device, as it allows to align the edges of very narrow strips, due to the fact that rings can be made of very short length. Claim 1. Arrangement for aligning the edges of rolled itoiioc from longitudinally cut roll tape, p containing a support roll, rolling rings and elastic elements in contact with them, characterized in that, in order to improve the uniformity and quality of processing, it is equipped with a second support roll with an installed on it rolled Zimi rings, distance rings, located on the second support roll between the rolling rings and centering rings, located between the distance rings, and the elastic element is placed between the rolled rings and the second support roll. 2.
